Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
We will assess your complaint, and if it meets our criteria, we will issue an RMA number. The RMA number must be included on your return package.

Returning Your Product:
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including all original packaging. Ship the item back to us within 7 days from the date the RMA number is issued.

Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if your return is approved, we will credit your account with points equivalent to the purchase price. Exceptions
