Strength
Rogue comes in 6mg, 9mg, 12mg and 15mg. On our scale, 6mg is Light, 9mg and 12mg are Regular, and 15mg is Strong. Flavour and strength availability varies by product.
ALP is 9mg in the core range and 12mg in the Drifters collection, both our Regular strength. ALP overlaps with Rogue at 9mg and 12mg; Rogue also has a lower 6mg and a higher 15mg option.
Flavour
Rogue covers the classics: Wintergreen, Peppermint and Spearmint, plus Cinnamon, and fruit in Mango, Berry, Apple, Citrus and Blue Raspberry.
ALP‘s core range is crisp mint (Spearmint, Chilled Mint, Mountain Wintergreen, Refreshing Chill) plus Tropical Fruit and Sweet Nectar. The Drifters are all fruit with a cold finish: Watermelon Kiwi Ice, Mango Freeze, Blueberry Lemonade Ice, Lemon Raspberry and Island Peach.
Feel
ALP’s core range is mostly moist, so the flavour comes through quickly and the pouch feels soft. The Drifters use a drier formulation that builds more gradually.
Which should you pick?
- Pick Rogue for a choice of 6mg, 9mg, 12mg or 15mg, checking the available flavours at your chosen strength.
- Pick ALP if 6mg feels mild and you want a clear step up without going strong.
- Pick ALP Drifters if you like iced fruit and want 12mg.
- Or mix both: Rogue and ALP both count toward the bulk tiers, so a 5-tin mix saves 10%.
